2nd day : 25/2
Well second day was pretty umm, not that fun for me but i always tell myself, it's all a new experience for me and i have gotta try my best to enjoy it. I was switched to another department, not practically switch, i just needed a place to do my work. So everyday i come to work, i will now use the lift to the 8th floor instead of ground floor. I was given reports to do. As an intern, you can't really do much and you don't want to sit around doing nothing while watching others busy running around finishing their work. I don't mind at all given any kind of job now, photostat or whatever but just as long as they don't use me to the extend of having my time fully occupied that i don't even have time to breathe.
It's normal they say intern does shit jobs except for those few lucky ones but intern is also another human that is willing to explore the new world and learn do the work in the real world not being a slave to those workers in the company. Already being paid so less, being ask to do shit jobs will be way too much. It's just my opinion, not to target on anyone. :)
3rd day : 26/2
Already getting used to the routine of waking up early, head of to work, punch card, read newspaper and go up to level 8 and start doing the job im asked to. I don't really know if i really did the job too fast, or it is simple enough to get it done in small amount of time but they tend to tell me to slow down because the time is still early. I won't actually listen because to me, when i am given the job, i'll get it done there and then itself. Finishing up those unfinished report and basically work life will have the same routine.
4th day : 27/2
Glad enough i am slowly getting myself into it and that I've pretty much connected with the other colleagues. I totally learn something new today, not new as in job but the job scope of a biomedic engineer. I helped this engineer to key in the data of those broken machines and repaired machines to come to know of what machines are used in hospitals and how they deal with those broken machines. Tomorrow will be another day. I am not a morning person that is why i always cant wait for Saturday. Which is the day imma sleep and wake up late. :) Oh yeah.
Hehehehe this is pretty much what i do in work everyday. If you have any intern experience to share, you're welcome to do so! :) Love, Jan
