In work life, you can see so many different kinds of people which is the same as i university. There will definitely be people that is hard to deal with.
The difference ive seen:
Maturity. How people handle those difficult people at work and how the people handle it in university.
2. The environment and colleagues
In work, most people around you that you made friends with are mom, dad or married people that will be starting a family soon. While in university most people you deal with are not maried and is entering stage of maturity.
The difference.
The professionalism of dealing with things. In work, Ive realized that whatever that comes in their way, the dont make a drama out of it. Instead, in a nice way they solve it or in a case of people, they say it honestly and nicely. In university, people start making a drama out of it and there you go life of a backstabber.
3. The things you learn and apply
Im pretty sure most of us study so hard just for the sake of exams. Mind my words, most not all.
The difference:
Yes indeed, what you have learn some of it, you apply but definitely we cant remember everything. The truth is, most of the job dont come directly from what you studied. Instead, it depends on how innovative or creative you are to use the knowledge and apply them in work.
