GREAT! I manage to finally drag my heavy laptop, sit in front of my coffee table, back tracking post on my blog. I promised myself to finish my 365 days post and i cannot break my promise. It is actually pretty hard as i am not able to sit and write everyday but i am blessed enough i still manage to at least back track my post. Today, i was deeply saddened by the news of my very good friend's dad that left us to be with God. We all never know when life journey end but we are given time to appreciate every minute of the day. My friends and I were all saddened by the sudden death and we just couldn't keep our mind focus on our daily routine. Some of us went to visit her, the moment she saw us, she broke down and cry. Same goes with her mom. We all couldn't hold back our tears too. Her dad is known as a really friendly man and caring also loving dad.
The heart attack was like a time bomb that never before came across his mind, their mind, everyone's mind. There was no pain, no signs but just like a time bomb that waits for the moment to arrive. How many of us would have expected that. None. How many of us wish that we would be given another day to spend with him. How many of us prayed so that he can be revived back and have another few more days to spend with his wife, daughter and sons. There is nothing can be done to return back time, only time given to start appreciating people around us that we love, we care and never want them to leave us. Have this ever crossed our mind? It is so easy for us to say 'Appreciate those we love but have we really take a time off to spend quality time with them. Have we been there for them when they needed us?'
The fact is that, to most of us, we view it as a really small thing, until when it really happen to us, or to someone close to us. Isn't it sad by that time to say 'it's too late' . It's never too late if we all start appreciating, care and show some love or just spend some time for our loved ones. Don't just say it, do it. Like right now. A little small act, touched another person's heart because no one is that heartless to reject love from others. Right? Unless it is so fake. It is something that all of us should take note, and learn from today onwards.
